Team Check-In & Registration: - Clinton Park
Monday July 14, 2008 - 9am - 3pm

ROSTERS: Please bring two rosters to registration, Coaches copy and a copy for Tournament Director.
DO NOT MAIL IN ADVANCE!

ENTRY FORM AND ENTRY FEE: Please mail these in advance.

Team manager/coaches will receive team packet containing Pool Schedules, a Program, Player Tournament Passes, 3 Coaches Tournament Passes, Lineup Cards, etc.

Weekly Tournament Passes and Tournament Souveniors will be available at registration.

Fun & Games at Clinton Park 11am - 2:30pm

2008 OPENING CEREMONIES

Monday July 14, 2008
4:00pm - 7:00pm

Location: Free State High School

Opening ceremonies will begin with welcoming address by City Officials and the singing of our National Anthem. After the Anthem, each team will be introduced. We request that each team be present with their team banner.  At this time you will have the opportunity to perform a short chant, cheer, or skit.

Skill Contest winners awards will be presented at opening ceremonies.

Following the ceremonies, there will be even more fun with food, a dj, photo opportunities (photographer will be on-site), pin trading, and the opportunity to purchase tournament passes and t-shirts.

    • Two Mothers, Representing each team are asked to be present

    • Tournament Director will introduce:

      • Chamber of Commerce Representative

      • City Representative

      • Convenion Visiors Bureau Representative

      • Tournament Photographer

    • Tounament Director will ask for assistance for Opening Ceremonies.


GIFT EXCHANGE

  • There will be a gift exchange after your first Pool Game. Each team is requested to exchange some type of gift generally representative of your state, city, etc.. The young ladies have great ideas.


PROOF OF AGE

  • Proof of age for team members must be available from managers at all times, either by driver's license or by birth certificate.
